Tender Description:
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Routine Elevator Maintenance.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference, and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).
The site visit will be held on April 1st, 2016 at 9:30 at the #11 George Balanchini Street, US Embassy Tbilisi. Prospective offerors/quoters to arrange entry to the building, please send names of participants to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov before March 30, 2016.
Submit your quotation by email with subject "Quotation Enclosed SGG80016Q0006" to the TbilisiBids@state.gov on or before 5:00PM on April 6th, 2016. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- SF-1442
- Section 1, pricing;
- Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
- Additional information as required in Section 3.
- A copy of SAM registration or evidence that SAM registration will be completed upon award of the contract (page 27, FAR 52.204-13).
