Tender Description:

This Request for Proposal document (RFP) has been prepared to enable Bank Republic – Societe Generale Group (SGBR or Bank) to select the vendor for the Fee Billing Module.

Pretenders should present:

• Duration of works and price (man/days, in US$);
• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT of Invitation to the RFP;
• Annex 3 (Introduction the Bidder – Team Members & Experience);
• Guarantee Period;
• ISS tenderer questionnaire – Pretender will receive security questionnaire after signing ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT.

Selected Supplier should deliver:

• Detailed specifications
• System Designed Document /Software architecture document
• Commented Source Code and database
• Included unit tests

Submission Terms:

The bids (in English or Georgian) shall be received not later than 02.05.2016 via sealed hard copy and an electronic copy on flash drive to HO of BR at 2, Grigol Abashidze street Tbilisi, 0179, Georgia, during the working hours till 17:00 to Strategic Buyer Levan Bogveradze (2nd floor, Room #236).
