T1398 - Development of Child health and social welfare maintenance and Management integrated information system

Expression of Interst Description:

UNICEF Georgia CO is planning to develop Child health and social welfare maintenance and management integrated information system. In this respect we are planning to enter into long term agreement(s) with the successful company (ies) selected through the competitive bidding process.

This is not an invitation to bid, at this stage we are announcing expression of interest to collect data on available providers on the market and to give opportunity to the companies to propose preferred model of cooperation on how the unit rates for individual service categories will be fixed. On this matter the detailed instructions are provided below. Please follow the instructions carefully when completing the EOI form.

The companies which identify themselves through EOI will be invited on the consultation meeting at our office to discuss how the actual bidding process will take place. Consultation meeting will take place in UNICEF TBILISI office, address: 9 Eristavi Street, UN House, Tbilisi, at 15:00 on 27th of May 2016.

Objectives:

To support the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs and the National Centre for Disease and Public Health in enhancing “e-health” system capability by establishing and operationalizing an integrated information system for the registration and management of child health and social condition, which will include the following components:

  • Electronic monitoring system for children aged 0-6 years (5 years inclusive) (to be piloted in the Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi- Kvemo Svaneti regions);
  • Electronic monitoring system for children users of state social services (including children without parental care and homeless children).

Submission Terms:

Interested service providers are encouraged to complete and submit below EOI form.

EOIs should be sent to Akaki Khvedelidze, e-mail: akhvedelidze@unicef.org, not later than at 15:00 on 27.05.16. Please quote “EOI-2016-001” as subject in your correspondence.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender.

A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender.

UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document.
