The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the project “Reinforcing the Capacities of the Government of Georgia in Border and Migration Management”, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit "Bid" for the supply and delivery of Mobotix Short Range Fixed Surveillance Cameras, Network attached Servers and Installation of the 3,000m fiber-optic Network Infrastructure.

Submission Terms:

Bids shall be valid for a period of  forty five calendar days (45cd) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than two and a half percent (2.5%) of the Bidders Total Bid price in the form of Bank Guarantee and shall be delivered to the BEAC at 19 Tengiz Abuladze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on 1 September 2016 16:00.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at above address on 2 September 2016 12:00 in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
