Primera Residence Development and Construction LLC is looking for architects to design private villas, houses and apartment buildings.

Primera Residence Development and Construction LLC is constructing 18-hole Golf Course on the top of the Teleti mountain (near Phonichala) and going to develop more than 500 households around these Golf Courses. Approximately 10 architects will be selected for different designs.
