RFQ Description:
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Building Inspection Services for US Embassy Tbilisi.
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it Tbilisibids@state.gov . Attachment size shall not exceed 4Mb. If sending compressed files use zip archiving only. Multiple emails are acceptable.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Site visit is scheduled for September 13, 2016. Interested quoters should contact TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the site no later than 2:00pm on September 12.
Quotations are due by 11:00am on September 19, 2016.
