The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the project “Reinforcing the Capacities of the Government of Georgia in Border and Migration Management”, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Contractors to bid for the proposed works High Speed Network Infrastructure Installation.

A pre-bidding conference will be held on 21 September 2016, 11:00 at 19 Tengiz Abuladze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia.

Submission Terms:

Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety calendar days (90) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of two and a half percent (2.5%) of the total Bid price in the form of Bank Guarantee and shall be delivered to the BEAC at 19 Tengiz Abuladze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on 28 September 2016 14:00. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened at 19 Tengiz Abuladze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on 28 September 2016 15:00 in the presence of the Contractors who wish to attend.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
