Tender Description:

“Terabank” JSC is requesting proposals from consulting firms that have extensive experience in providing IT audit services for banking organizations.

Requirements for candidates:

• Company Experience:
  At least 1 similar projects in the financial sector;
• Company Experience in Pentest:
  At least 3 penetration testing projects in the financial sector;
  Certified Ethical Hacker Certifications (CEH) (Optional);
  Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI) (Optional);
• Company Experience in Source Code Analysis:
  Experience of Static Code Analysis (SCA) (Optional);
• Project staff must include personnel with the following certification:
  CISA;
  CRISK (Optional);
  Lead Auditor ISO27001;
  Lead Implementer ISO27001;
  Lead Implementer ISO22301 (Optional);
  CISM;
  CISSP;
  ITIL (Optional);
  PMP (Optional);
  CEN (Optional).

Personnel must be present on-site during project implementations and post-project support time.

Submission Terms:

The tender proposal shall be sent to the chancellery via post to the JSC “Terabank”, att: Procurement Department, in a sealed envelope before 21 October, 2016, 18:00, to the following address: Tbilisi 0103, Georgia, St. Queen Ketevan Ave. #3.
