The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for English language training services at NCDC office of US Embassy Tbilisi.

Your quotation must be submitted via email to TbilisiBids@state.gov on or before 5:00 pm on January 22, 2016

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

• Item #4, Listing and samples of Contractor Furnished Property
• Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
• Section 3, Solicitation Provisions
• Additional information as required in Section 4, Evaluation Factors.
