Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the raising awareness of IOM Georgia activities as well as migration and migrants’ rights for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Provision of social media management services to support with promotion of IOM Georgia activities through IOM Georgia Facebook page, information provision on safe migration, and information provision to migrants in Georgia through IOM's Facebook groups. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

IOM now invites specialized firms to provide a Technical and Financial Proposal for the following:

Services: 
Promotion of IOM Georgia activities through IOM Georgia Facebook Page and sharing of information within the Facebook groups managed by IOM Georgia through the combination of the below-listed products:

• Boosting of posts as selected by IOM and promotion of IOM Georgia Facebook page and the above-listed groups. 
• Production of posters and animated videos in line with IOM’s requirements.

The RFP includes the following documents:

The provided proposal should include also the following supportive signed and stamped documentation as well, forms are attached:

• Vendor information sheet (VIS).
• Code of conduct (Coc).
• Declaration of conformity for suppliers.
• Bank statement document.
• License country document.

Please submit the following documents as well together with the Vendor Information Sheet (VIS).

The Proposals must be delivered through mail at momiadze@iom.int and akakushadze@iom.int or by hand to IOM’s office address at 12 Tengiz Abuladze street, 1^st Lane, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on or before 19 May 2022 16:00. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
