The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Installation of Parapet Edge Metal Cap on the Embassy Buildings.

Submit your quotation electronically at TbilisiBids@state.gov on or before 11:00am May 13, 2016. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

A site visit has been scheduled for 11:00am May 5, 2016.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

• Standard Form 1442 including a completed Attachment 4, "BREAKDOWN OF PROPOSAL PRICE BY DIVISIONS OF SPECIFICATIONS2.
• Performance schedule in the form of a "bar chart" and Business Management/Technical Proposal3.
• A copy of SAM registration (52.204-13) or an evidence SAM registration will be completed upon award of the contract.
