RFQ Description:
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ - SGG80016Q0017) for Rent and Installation of Sound System for concerts for 5 person band.
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document.
Your quotation must be submitted via email to TbilisiBids@state.gov on or before 5:00 pm local time (GMT+4) on August 2, 2016, email size shall not exceed 4Mb.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- Item #1, Pricing
- Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
- Section 3, Solicitation Provisions;
- Additional information as required in Section 4, Evaluation Factors.
The U.S. Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to one or more responsible companies submitting technically acceptable offers with fair and reasonable prices. We intend to award a BPA based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies if there is a need to do so.
Announcement period: July 15, 2016 – August 02, 2016.
