Tender Description:

JSC "Liberty Bank" announces the company's selection tender for  SWIFT Customer Security Program Compliance Assessment services,  In accordance with the qualification requirements below:

Assessment of SWIFT Customer Security Program Compliance:

• Company has at least 2 years of experience in providing information security audit services
• Company conducted at least 2 similar projects in last 2 years
  - List of similar projects
  
• Company has staff, who were involved in at least 2 similar projects with the company within last 2 years
• Lead auditor, who will conduct on-field assessment, has certification appropriate to the task: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27k Lead Auditor. . .
• Proposal must include:
  - CVs and roles of all personnel involved in testing
  - Project planning and delivery outline
  - Financial proposal
  - On-field assessment should be completed no later than 28.09.2026
  - Report should be provided no later than 30.10.2026
• Companies with resident auditors will be preferred
• Companies in SWIFT Directory of CSP assessment providers will be preferred

Assessment scope:

• Review of Compliance with SWIFT CSP Mandatory Requirements

Deliverable:

• Assessment report
• Report must include:
  - Overall assessment of compliance with SWIFT CSP
  - Assessment result of each clause of SWIFT CSP
  - List of non-conformities with appropriate clause

Preferably non-conformities should have severity classification
             -  Recommendation how to solve non-conformity
             - Separate excel file with list of non-conformities and corresponding recommendationsAfter the bank decides to continue the relationship with the selected company, the contract will be signed.
