Tender Description:
This is to inform you that the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM Georgia - for more information please visit webpage www.eumm.eu) is going to launch a negotiated tender procedure with selected participants / tenderers for the design-build project.
EUMM Georgia is planning to launch a negotiated tender procedure for design-build project that will cover following scope of work:
- Civil works (installation of windows, doors, partition dry wall, plastering, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical (HVAC) works in the building). For the land – building of perimeter CMU walls, constructing 1,750 m2 concrete parking area with its access control building, flattering of the surface, installation of main gates)
- Security related works: installation of the video surveillance system, fire alarm system, public announcement system, intrusion alarm system, time Attendance and Access Control System.
- IT cabling
As an outcome of the negotiated tender procedure, EUMM expects to have a final work contract with one contractor which will be responsible for whole design-build project. EUMM understands and expects that due to the specificity, inter alia, of the IT works and supplies, Security works and supplies, architectural design services, and etc, some works can be subcontracted. Therefore, subcontracting is allowed. However, the contractor will retain full liability towards the contracting authority for performance of the contract as a whole. Participants / Tenderers may form a Joint Venture, Consortium, or Association (JVCA).
We are currently exploring the market aiming to identify companies with the necessary capabilities to provide the above-mentioned type of works. Therefore, purpose of this enquiry is to identify the capacity of your company and to receive confirmation from you if your company is able and willing to participate in the above-mentioned negotiated tender procedure.

Some important points:
- The company that will be awarded a contract will be responsible to prepare Architectural project with Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and technical specification.
- EUMM is having tight timeline in terms of this project, therefore deadlines will be controlled strictly. The above mentioned works should be delivered during May – September 2021.
