Tender Description:

SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19GG8021Q0045 Zurgovani Barrier DELTA IP 500 H Maintenance Service. 

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Zurgovani Barrier DELTA IP 500 H Maintenance Service. 

Quotations will be accepted by e-mail only to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov with 

“Quotation enclosed for 19GG8021Q0045” in the Subject line. All quotations must be received on or before 17:00 (local time) March 19th, 2021. Please e-mail your offer prior to the
response date and time, as no quotations will be accepted or considered after this time. 

The site visit will be held on March 12th 2021 at 11:00 at the Zurgovani, Georgian-American District, Tbilisi, Georgia. 

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 

• SF-1449
• Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
• Additional information as required in Section 3
• A copy of SAM registration (52.204-7) or an evidence SAM registration will be completed upon award of the contract.
• The Offeror shall provide certification regarding usage of covered equipment. As defined in statute, covered telecommunications equipment or services means the following: telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei, ZTE, Hikvision, Dahua, and Hytera, or their subsidiaries or affiliates.
• For this reason, the offeror representative read provisions and provide written certification in response to the National Defence Authorization Act (NDAA) clauses (52.204-24, 52-204-25 and 52-204-26).

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. 

Quotations are due by 5:00pm March 19th, 2021 standard local time Tbilisi (GMT+4).
