RFQ Description:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire a Consulting firm for the Final External Evaluation of “SUSTAINING BORDER MANAGEMENT AND MIGRATION GOVERNANCE IN GEORGIA” (SBMMG) and its Top-up projects for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
 
IOM now invites Consulting Firms (hereinafter referred to as Bidders) to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Final external evaluation of SBMMG and Top-up projects. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
 
The Bidder will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

• Section I. Instructions to Bidders
• Section II. Terms of Reference
• Section III. Scorecard for Evaluators
• Section IV. Standard Form of Contract 

Should you decide to submit a proposal for this service, we kindly request that you send an email to Mamuka Omiadze, momiadze@iom.int and Natia Esebua, nesebua@iom.int within five calendar days from the date of issue. By doing so, IOM can provide you with any answers to questions submitted by other bidders. 
 
The Proposals must be delivered by hand, mail or email to IOM with office address at 12 Tengiz Abuladze street, 1st Lane, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia, Mamuka Omiadze, momiadze@iom.int and Natia Esebua, nesebua@iom.int on or before 16:00, September 21, 2021. No late proposal shall be accepted.
 
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
