Description: (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The Embassy of the United States in Tbilisi, Georgia will issue a solicitation for Renovation of the US Embassy Tbilisi Residences. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide renovation services to U.S. Embassy Tbilisi Residences.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue solicitation in March 2026. Again, this solicitation will be issued via the Embassy website https://ge.usembassy.gov/tenders/ and www.tenders.ge. No paper copies will be mailed.
