Tender Description:

We intend to award a contract for the services described in the enclosed procurement documents.

Please submit your tender by 08.07.2026 23:59 o’clock in English only to ge_quotation@giz.de 

The email subject line should be in the form of: Tender no. –7000014982.

If you have any questions regarding the tender, please address these only to ge_quotation@giz.de, copying in the contract manager’s email address, at the latest two working days before the tender deadline.

Details of our submission requirements are explained in the enclosed terms and conditions for application.

The tender must be submitted based on the tender documents. These documents are listed below under ‘Annexes’. Modification of tender documents or specifications may result in exclusion from the contract award procedure.

The contract will be awarded to the tender offering the lowest price. Please note that this is a public invitation to tender so there will be no negotiations.

Bids must be submitted in GEL, bids in other currencies will not be accepted.
